From Surviving to Thriving

You survived. Now you get to decide how you want to live.

This one-day workshop is designed for women ready to step out of survival mode and into something steadier, stronger, and more their own. Through psychoeducation, guided experiential activities, and time with horses, you'll build awareness of how trauma shows up in your everyday life — and learn concrete tools to get you feeling empowered.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You only need to be ready to stop just surviving — and start thriving again.

Workshop Goals

By the end of the day, you will have opportunities to:

🔸 Better understand your survival responses.
🔸 Recognize personal triggers and gain control of the switch!
🔸 Identify what helps you feel grounded, safe, and in control.
🔸 Practice moving from automatic reaction to intentional responses.
🔸 Explore boundaries, trust, communication, and the power of choice.
🔸 Recognize strengths developed through adversity.
🔸 Experience healthy connection with horses and other participants
🔸 Identify meaningful steps toward moving from surviving to thriving.

How It Unfolds

Morning — Grounding & Awareness
We begin with a guided circle focused on nervous system grounding and foundational concepts about trauma responses. You'll learn to identify your reactions and see a path towards true change.

Midday — Connection & Practice
Hands-on time with horses, combined with skill-building activities. Horses respond to your energy and presence in honest ways — they become your teachers in this process.

Afternoon — Integration & Choice
Reflection circle, exploring what you've learned, and identifying one meaningful step you can take toward thriving. You leave with tools, not just insights.
