Finding Your Calm is a guided, experiential workshop designed to support calm, confidence, and regulation through presence and connection with horses.
This experience invites you to slow down, tune into your body, and explore what helps you feel more settled — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
No horse experience is required.
What This Workshop Is
Finding Your Calm is a hands-on learning workshop focused on awareness, regulation, and responsiveness.
It is not about fixing or pushing through discomfort.
It is about listening, noticing, and responding — gently and at your own pace.
Horses offer honest, non-judgmental feedback, helping participants learn through presence rather than words.

It typically includes a selection of bread, cheese, fresh and pickled vegetables, spreads, and seasonal accompaniments — designed to be nourishing, informal, and easy to enjoy together.
The focus is on wholesome food and shared ease, rather than a formal sit-down meal.
If you have dietary requirements or serious allergies, please let us know in advance so we can advise. While care is taken, this is a shared food environment and cross-contamination is possible.
