Finding Your Calm is a guided, experiential workshop with horses (Known as Equine Assisted Learning) to help you interrupt the stress cycle and come back to yourself. Designed to support calm, build confidence, and really get a grasp on how you deal with stress and anxiety.
This experience invites you to slow down, tune into your body, and explore what helps you feel more settled — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
No horse experience is required. No riding is involved.
What This Workshop Is
Finding Your Calm is a hands-on learning workshop focused on awareness, regulation, and responsiveness.
It is not about fixing or pushing through discomfort.
It is about listening, noticing, and responding — gently and at your own pace.
Horses offer honest, non-judgmental feedback, helping participants learn through presence rather than words.
