Unbridle Your Inner FireHorse

  • HorseSpeak at Cowgirl Up Ranch 11568 Arapaho Way Burson, CA, 95225 United States (map)

There are moments when something inside us is ready — not because we’re being pushed, but because we feel safe enough to gather, pause, and listen.

This campfire gathering is an invitation to begin the year with presence, reflection, and choice.

What This Gathering Is

Unbridle Your Firehorse is a small, held campfire gathering to mark the beginning of the year — a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect in a calm, supportive setting.

This gathering is about being present and listening inwardly, noticing what feels ready — gently and in your own time.

An optional fire walk is offered as part of the gathering.
It is not a test of bravery or endurance, but a symbolic moment for those who feel a clear, internal “yes.”

Some people choose to walk.
Some choose not to.
Both are equally honoured.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is required.
Choice and nervous-system safety guide the entire experience.

You do not need prior experience, confidence, or certainty to take part — only a willingness to arrive as you are.

How the Gathering Unfolds

We begin together, slowly, in a small circle — with grounding, reflection, and gentle guidance from MaryBeth.

This opening time is about settling in, feeling oriented, and understanding what the evening holds.
There is space to listen, to speak, or simply to be present.

As the gathering continues, you’ll be invited into quiet reflection around courage, readiness, and listening to your own internal signals — always at your own pace.

An optional fire walk is offered later in the gathering for those who feel ready.
Participation is always by choice, and observing is a fully valid way to take part.

Throughout the evening, the focus remains on:
🔸 Presence rather than performance
🔸 Connection rather than pressure
🔸 Choice rather than expectation

You are supported at every step, and free to engage in the way that feels right for you.

A Few Helpful Things to Know

  • That’s okay. This gathering is designed with nervous-system safety in mind. You’re welcome to step back, take breaks, or simply observe at any time.

  • No experience is needed. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

  • This is a guided gathering led with trauma-informed care, but it is not a substitute for therapy.
